Sattu Drink (1 Glass)
Mix 2 tablespoons sattu with jaggery powder to taste using a little water to form a smooth paste.
Add cold water and stir well. Ice cubes may be added if desired.
For a thicker drink, add 1 more tablespoon of sattu.
Other Uses
Used to thicken soups and stews or to prepare nutritious chillas.
