Lemongrass Tea
Boil 1 cup water. Add 1 teaspoon dried lemongrass, cover, and steep for 2 minutes. Strain and serve. Sweetener or lemon may be added if desired.
Cooling Sharbat
Add 1 teaspoon dried lemongrass and sweetener to taste to 1 glass (240 ml) of boiling water with a pinch of cardamom. Boil briefly, strain, cool, and serve with ice.
